Nice video, but SB could have been better represented then it was here.

Lol at T-Mac doing the "siznaps" at 7:30. I haven't seen that since the early 80's.

Wow 7lbs, that's a huge slim down. That bike looks sweet, we'll just have to see how long before those bushings start complaining under heavy usage though.

If that rim got taco'ed, that means that rotor got taquito'ed.

I think he got more hurt when the throngs of well meaning spectators tripped over themselves in an effort to help him.

Thanks for the kind words gentlemen. I've been working on keeping in shape to stay with the young guns in the sport. Although, the lighting in this vid makes me look pretty youthful.

IDK, I wouldn't kick the SX out of bed for eatn crackers. The move from arthritic-prone bushings, to smooth-industrial cartridge bearings, is a big improvement right there. Heck, if they don't already, they should come up with a mini cartridge system for shock bushings too. I

Damn, Girl! Should've of kept it on the DL with a couple of pounds here and there. No need to become the friggin Costco of KGB. I guess DH/FR Mtnbikers always want to go big no matter what they do.

You're are so right nofree69(lol). I learned this the hard way about cable locking my bike. I actually think the squishy-bungie cord took them longer to get through than the cable did. But I figured since the bike park is taking info about you while you're signing waivers anyway, why not take an extra minute to get the serial number off that 5000.00 bike. If thieves leave the number on, there's a chance of an investigative trace if recirculated in public. Take the serial number off, the bike is dead to all participating bike parks.

Maybe they do already, but Bike parks should start matching serial numbers with id cards when people buy lift passes. This way, bikes can be traced around. If a bike is not stolen, then a rider should have no problem having his/her DR license or ID recorded along side a legitimate bike's serial number. Scratched-out or illegible serial numbers shouldn't be allowed in parks so thieves can't ride or sell their bikes to people who would use them there. Bummer if you couldn't ride that "hot-new" bike at any of the premier bike parks in CA--Another reason a person would not buy a stolen bike.
